- Running content, partnerships, programming, and distribution for Kolkata's first dedicated Ethereum community initiative
- Hosting an independent Ethereum community gathering with the same mission, bringing builders together before Devcon

What I worked on
- Owned the founder lifecycle, from reviewing 150+ applications and selecting the cohort through mentorship, demo day, and follow-ups.
- Onboarded 50+ developers and founders, worked hands-on with 15+ teams, and built the execution team from 0 to 5.
- The first cohort recorded 384.8K impressions, 31.9K engagements, an 8.2% engagement rate, and 505 verified followers. The launch video reached approximately 80K views.
- Supported Aegis, Everyday, and Blockrooms, which later received ecosystem grants.

The country's home for the Hyperliquid ecosystem. Built permissionlessly, without Hyper Foundation backing.
What I worked on
- Grew the community from roughly 100 to 1,000+ members on product-driven content and direct engagement
- Ran ecosystem activations with Okto, Bullpen, Raga Finance, Liquid, and Based
- Led events from a trader session at ETHGlobal New Delhi to an IBW gathering with 140+ attendees and 8 teams demoing. Traders made up 75% of the IBW audience.
- Ran a seven-day trading competition with Bullpen that recorded $1.77M in trading volume.
